In course of systemic interagency cooperation, the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea provided the Prosecutor’s Office of the AR of Crimea and the Main Directorate of Security Service of Ukraine in the AR of Crimea with the information about the persons – Russian citizens, who have replaced from the Russian Federation to the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula and work at the occupying administrations continuously violating the rights of Ukrainian citizens

The Procurator’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol have attached information on persons to criminal proceedings relating to the illegal forcible transfer of Ukrainian citizens from the temporarily occupied territory of the Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. These persons also connected to the offences, related to the restriction of peaceful assemblies in support of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, during which unlawful use of force, beating of civilians, infliction of grievous bodily harm and killing occurred,

These persons became part of the repressive system of prosecution and punishment of participants in pro-Ukrainian rallies, which resulted in unlawful deprivation of liberty, unlawful searches, as well as their actions leading to involuntary confinement of Ilmi Umerov in a psychiatric hospital while violating the right to a fair trial.
